Raj Singh

CMD

Raj Singh brings to ilumina a wealth of experience in founding and managing technology startups. His previous startups include APIgee, API Gateway Software (sold to Google); StratumOne Communications, a chip maker for wide area networks (sold to Cisco); InterHDL Inc., an EDA tools maker for chip design (sold to Avant!); and Advance Logic, a Java processor company (sold to Noise Cancellation Technologies).

His bigger success was Fiberlane Communications that was later split into Cerent Systems, sold to Cisco, and Siara Systems, sold to Redback Networks. Raj was co-founder and president of Comstellar Technologies, an incubator for technology startups. Raj is the founder and a General Partner of Redwood Ventures, a technology investment venture firm.

Raj is a co-author of “Digital Design and Synthesis with Verilog HDL”, a popular textbook that used by several universities for teaching graduate level courses on chip design. Raj worked as a Scientific Officer at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) in Mumbai, India.

He previously served as CEO of TollSecure and drove large-scale platform migration and loyalty programs at Bwin.Party, impacting 13 million users and saving €2M.

Dr Pushpendra Singh

Dr. Singh, with 25+ years in healthcare and tech, previously led Zak Global Services (a top 10 BMS startup) with 2,000+ staff across cities. He has mentored 50+ startups and actively supports entrepreneurship at DTU, IGNOU, and in shaping government startup policy.

Sujit Piyush Pattnayak

Sujit Piyush Pattnayak brings over 17 years of experience in product management, focused on healthcare technology and mobile health. He has led the development of 19 product lines, including electronic health records, clinical data platforms, and telemedicine systems, while applying generative AI to deliver personalized, multilingual care.

Sudhir Pigudu

Head Of Technology

Sudhir Pidugu is the Co-founder and Director of BizAcuity Solutions, a Hyderabad-based data analytics firm serving global clients across gaming, finance, telecom, and e-commerce. With 25+ years in IT and analytics, including roles at Amazon and Infosys, he brings deep expertise in data platforms, BI strategy, and team leadership.

Mukesh Vij is the Founder and CEO of Hashtag Orange, a Gurugram-based digital marketing agency blending creativity, technology, and performance.
