It has a cooling period of 7 days from the date of issuance, which means you can avail the services
after 7 days from the date of subscription.
What is the age criteria to avail Ilumina health plans?
Services are available to those aged 18 years and above.
What are the claim procedure and in how many days I will get my claim?
You should reach out to Ilumina health via phone or WhatsApp and provide these documents for
reimbursement:
- Prescription of doctor
- GST Bill of medicine
- Payment receipt/Proof of payment
- Bank details of the subscriber.
Do I need to pay 50% of the consultation fee to the doctor?
No, first you have to pay the complete consultation fee and register for the claim reimbursement.
Are these services available for emergency situations?
No, this services is not available for emergency and urgent care, In case of emergency please
contact nearest hospital.
Can I receive a discount on pharmacy items?
No, pharmacy items are not included in the subscription.
Is refund available for a doctor's home visit?
No, doctor visits at home are not available.
Am I able to cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can apply for cancellation within 24hours from the date of subscription.
Can I switch to another plan?
